Sneaking into a room that few have access to, when this room happens to be unlocked, many people since 1928 have walked up the narrow, spiral stairs to this room where they would scratch their name on one of the posts in this space. Such a special feat for someone who happened to check that the door that opened to the stairs that led to this room happened to be unlocked at that time.
